The 1st time I used Stay Chat, I used to be at place #two during the queue and it took 18 minutes until a Stay agent responded. The 2nd time, I used to be at position #two again, but this time it only took eight minutes hold out time. This is fairly good as compared to other exchanges that only reply through email, without any Stay Chat choice. co
